Don’t waste your time or money on a blink camera. I bought a doorbell camera less than a year ago and it’s now stopped working. Blink claim that the doorbell no longer supports AA batteries (despite using them since purchase) and only support specific alkaline ones which I have purchased and they still don’t work. Blink claim there is nothing more I can do since the product is out of warranty and I should just buy a new one. Absolutely not. Complete waste of time and money and I’ll now get myself a different brand. Subscription cancelled!

Se acquistate questo sistema per giocare ok ma se cercate una videosorveglianza lasciate perdere. Perchè funzioni un minimo vi chiedono abbonamento mensile dopo i 30 gg gratuiti. Se avrete problemi tecnici l'assistenza è pari a zero, rispondono dei ragazzi completamente incompetenti. Sono stato circa 2 mesi a dimostrare la non funzionalità della mia cam e dopo infinite peripezie, il ragazzo dell'assistenza mi invia mail il 16 giugno 2026, dicendomi che ha chiuso la richiesta provvedendo a farmi inviare un nuovo prodotto che riceverò in un paio di giorni. A tutt'oggi non ho ricevuto nulla ed ora è anche impossibile contattarli per richiedere assistenza. I numeri verdi sono tutti stranieri. C'è solo la possibilita di chattare con AI

This company is so awful , I’m a single disabled woman and I have the blink mini camera, I can’t get into the app, I need to look at the cameras or what’s the point of having them I contacted customer service for weeks and no one has helped me

Support has weak English and what they say is almost impossible to understand without making them repeat. It is very frustrating. Also, the sync module core requires a 2.4 Gh connection to your wifi and the instructions does not even state that. Had to be told that via support.

We bought Blink outdoor video cameras almost a year ago. Both camera became blurry to the point we couldn’t see any footage. Blink only sent one replacement due to the manufacturer date was different although we bought them from Lowe’s on the same day. We have had continual problems with the batteries and lack of connectivity, even though our internet was fine. Every time I had to call they only want to troubleshoot over and over, despite already having done that. After multiple phone calls and being on the phone for long periods of time, they told me it was a connection issue with our internet service. I called our service and of course it was not. Called Blink back and they advised to call Amazon? Even though our doorbells were bought at Lowe’s. Amazon could not do anything to help. At this point, I called Blink back and asked for a refund or replacement of both doorbells. They refused, so I deleted my account and will have to eat the cost of the cameras and will no longer buy any products from Blink. The products were junk and the service was worse. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Do better!

First blink doorbell camera I had I had problems with they kept saying it was my Wi-Fi until I was out of warranty and they finally said it was the software but they wouldn't replace it because it was out of warranty what a scam. Second generation call them today with the error code the guy had reboot the camera and remove the blink app and reinstall it after that it wouldn't even record anymore and it wouldn't let me go into settings cuz it said I didn't have a subscription which I did have after while he just hung up on me and didn't call back and now it doesn't work at all which is worse than when I called in called in a second time can't understand this girl at all Heavy accent and talk really fast most of what she said didn't make any sense telling me there's a button where there isn't one getting irritated like it's my fault after almost an hour telling me stuff I already know and saying stuff that didn't make any sense it wasn't applicable she said to shut my phone off and she would call me back she said be sure of that well she didn't call back after shutting the phone off I was finally able to get back in the blink app because earlier it would not let me back in not recognizing my information so be wary whenever you delete the blink app and reinstall it it may not recognize your email and tell you you don't have a subscription when you do

Complete garbage and horrible experience wasting over 500$ down the toilet on their camera system. Their crappy app constantly logs me out and forgets my password even when I hit remember password. I will never buy anything from you guys again!!!!!!

This company blackmails the American people into buying their subscription services. They offer local video storage on USB drives but it won’t work. Customer service certainly isn’t American, they barely speak English, are completely incompetent and try to get you to grant them access to your account. I tried to work with them for over a year (I’m retired) to get my system to work and absolutely nothing changed. It still doesn’t work. This is not an American company and should be investigated for a class action lawsuit for unlawful and deceptive advertising. DO NOT BUY BLINK SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM
