The ring does not exactly match the image shown on the website. The proportions between the band's ornaments and the gemstone are not the same. On the other hand, the personal service is very good and they have given me the opportunity to resolve the issue.

Overall, my now fiancé is very happy with the ring. However, the birthstone addition is kind of a joke, save your money on the $100. The birthstone is literally one of the smallest stones I’ve ever seen. I understand it is a skill to install stones into good, but I feel like I paid for 98% labor and 2% for the opal birthstone installed. Beautiful ring and still happy with my decision to order from here, but save your money on the birthstone.

Fair prices, willingness to customize, and quick production. I wish there was a little more transparency in where materials were sourced from and more footage of the rings/stones. Also would love a statement on if AI is used for design. The ring itself is beautiful and good quality, though pictures use hand models with fingers on the small side so if you have larger fingers the ring's design may look smaller on you (finger size is mentioned in the description of images, which is nice).
