The customer service here is top tier. Direct emails to a real person with real answers that are detailed. I corresponded with Anne who was absolutely lovely. I ended up getting a semi-custom design with diamond inlay in black gold. It turned out PERFECT and fit exactly to my husband’s finger. They’re amazing, and I will be using them again in the future.

What made my experience more than great was the fact that I asked them to deliver the ring by a certain date the date was kind of close and a lot to ask for and when we got too close they one day shipped it to me and I received it one day before I proposed honestly I'd say it's a pretty epic company
