I checked out before noticing that I didn't have the full number of blinds that I needed, called back a few weeks later and blindster honored the sales price from my first order. The salesperson understood the situation quickly and was very conscientious in processing things to make sure to resolve my issue.

Fantastic product, fantastic return policy. I made a mistake in my measurement by 1/2”. They are sending a new one free of charge….and it was my fault. I never do reviews but for this I felt it really deserved a 5-star.

Chrislyn was great! So professional and helpful when I realized I may have ordered the wrong cellular shade - which I did! She was able to check my past orders, which are in the old system so I could not see them. She corrected my order and got the right one ordered! So glad she answered the phone when I called. Ordered 2 top down bottom up shades. I measured incorrectly on one shade. Blindster is making me another shade in the correct size. Shipping is on me but the replacement shade is no charge! How great is that. I am impressed with quality of the shades.

Blindster has been an excellent experience as a consumer. I shopped at every online blind maker and ONLY Blindster could make Venetian blinds for my 11” wide windows. I read all the great reviews and am happy to say they are accurate! My order was easy to place, easy to track and arrived well packaged. After assembling and hanging everything I discovered that one blind would not rotate completely and was making a snapping noise when we tried. After placing a call and sending a brief video of the problem, the customer service agent, Frederica, initiated a remake order. No drama, just excellent customer service. I am delighted to find a company that stands behind their product and values their customers.
