I had originally gone to 'Blinds To Go' for 3 motorized blinds for my bedroom. Quoted a 'sale' price of $1800 including their installation. I was able to order the 3 blinds from Blindster for about $700 on sale. Shipped to me for free. .came about 3 weeks from the original order date. I was able to install each one less than about 20 minutes each.. very simple to install and they fit perfectly. All 3 shades work fine and we are very happy with them. Glad I was able to save $1000. I would recommend them if you want to buy blinds.

Ordering was easy. I measured carefully and their adjustment made the blinds a perfect fit. I ordered cellular blackout shades, the delivery time was about two weeks, the packaging was superior, and installation instructions quite clear. I was impressed to find that each shade is adjustable vertically with an internal screw. The click mechanism for raising and lowering works perfectly. I've only had them a week but if they hold up over time, it will be fantastic value for money.

I've ordered almost 20 blinds for 3 different places and have had the best experience. Just had painting done and painters threw away brackets for 3 windows. Chat support was great, but found the blinds made 5 years ago had been discontinued and replacements not 100% same brackets. They asked for pictures, found brackets that would work, shipped at no cost for brackets or shipping. They are the best.

We moved into new build home with no window coverings, so I was on the search for window treatments for most the windows in my home. I searched/got estimates from both local and online businesses. I stumbled across a blog that mentioned they used Blindster for their window coverings and it was stated that she was pleased with this company and that they had great prices. I did a bit of my own research and eventually decided to give this company a try. The first room I ordered for was our master bedroom. I ordered Roman blinds. I was very pleased with the amount of options and fabrics they had to choose from and their prices were very reasonable. I pulled the trigger and order 4 blackout Roman shades which I am pleased with. Since then I have ordered window coverings for my entire house, a combination of Roman and solar shades. The quality is great, even compared to local window treatment companies who are much more pricey. What truly sets this company apart is their customer service, it’s top notch and I truly appreciate this! They are prompt, helpful and deliver on their promises. I am now a loyal customer and tell all my friends and family about them. During my process to obtain window treatments there were a few delays and a broken shade but Blindster makes it right for their customers. I’m thrilled I found them! Thank you Blindster for your products and commitment to quality customer service.

Blindster is great! I ordered some roman shades that were from the cheapest fabric group. They don't look luxe, but I did buy the budget product. The best part about Blindster is the customer service. There was an issue with one of my orders and they fixed it. They were super good communicators and send free fabric swatches. AND all this was happening after the terrible storms in Texas where the company is housed. I will AWAYS use Blindster.

I ordered a custom Roman shade from this company and unfortunately it arrived damaged. Shipping issue. After discussing the problem with customer service- shout out to Chris, Gabby and Cindy!! We found a nice solution to the problem. The product offered from this company is very sturdy and well made, the brackets it came with were high quality, and fabric wonderful. Sad it was damaged in transit, but I expect my next shipment will be better.

I ordered $1500.00 worth of blinds 2 years ago. They are just as great as new at this Aug. 2019 writing. I ordered 4- $100.00 insulated shades 5 foot wide. They work very well and are well worth the money keeping heat in or out depending on the season. I called them the other day asking for 5 string knobs that came off the strings and disappeared probably in the vacuum cleaner. They mailed me 5 for free. What really makes me buy from them is they advertise on the Rush Limbaugh show.
