Ordering was very easy, shipped ontime. This product is flawlessly made, every joint, frame, slate was perfect. I had one issue on depth of opening and after talking to Frederica at customer seport she was able to help me with the solution. she was so easy to work with. This company deserves your consideration when shopping for a QUALITY window covering. A very happy customer and my wife is happy also!
