I've ordered many blinds from your company, for me personally and my company. I've only had one other issue other than this one, which both were handled to my utmost satisfaction. Customer service is great.

Love the personal service , and suggestions , was sent samples which made my decision very easy ! I Have ordered previously so knew the quality and service , my only issue is one blind double cellular is a bit over 6 foot wide and it’s much heavier than previous one which was singular cell , I have an issue lifting the blind so I just leave it open , luckily it’s in the back of the house so no privacy issues .

Although there was a disconnect between the ordered blind length and what was delivered, the situation was corrected in a quick and professional manner. Now that installed (with some engineering due to the curved overhead) the results are AWESOME and the cooling effect in the Catio (we have a tunnel for the house cats to go out) is definitely noticeable.

Easy install and fit into windows. Supposed to be privacy blinds, but the slats do not close tight at the lower part of the blinds (I order 4 blinds all different sizes). I don't want to over tighten due to the plastic rod/handle, because I'm concerned that they won't take too much torque/pressure before breaking. The blinds do look good in the windows.

Regular normal mini blind, easy to install, measured perfectly. No compliants.

Love this blind and the cordless feature! Was super easy to customize the size. Shipping was a bit wonky. Received a tracking number that actually was in limbo for a few days with no movement. Reached out to customer service who said it’s shipping from Mexico, but the tracking number was from San Diego.

My blinds fit perfectly and l like that there were no screws involved

The blind was beautifully made, it looks great. My only complaint was for the outside mount, the directions were clear as mud! It was confusing, the pictures didn't help at all. My husband is the "handy type", but it took him quite a while to work it out. It won't stop us ordering more - and the install will go so much easier next time!!
