The website was easy to navigate and understand. We made a large order and it went smoothly. The next morning we received an email from Sam explaining that we could receive samples from the company to make sure that we were getting the right shade for our windows. Our order was put on a 24 hour hold and our discounts and codes were honored. This courtesy was appreciated. I called and talked to Lola to order the samples and she was very helpful in explaining the timetable from receiving the samples, finalizing our order and receiving the final products. We also were happy to receive samples of several other colors for future use. Great customer service by email and phone.

I ordered three 48X60 double cell blinds for my kitchen. The fact that I could request a sample of the blind first to match color (in my case) and see how the double cell worked was a game changer. After seeing the sample, I was able to order with confidence. What I received was very well made with a smooth mechanism that allows the shades to go up and down. I LOVE these blinds.

Ordered 4 custom sized outdoor solar shades. They all arrived quickly and each one fit perfectly. They were easy to install and look fabulous. The first day I hung them we had very warm temps and the sun was beating down on one side of the porch. After lowering two of the shades, temps dropped, the porch was comfortable and remained that way the rest of the day. It cooled off at night. Once I dropped the other two blinds, the porch retained some heat and kept the bugs out. Great product.
