After reading your instructions online on how to measthey didn't really tell you how to do a group of windows together. So I ended up with spaces between my windows because it'll sit inside the windows they sit. On top of them no, I'm stuck with them like this and you could see inside my house from outside and we're so disappointed. My wife says she'll never buy anything from you again. I like your company but I'd like it more if you could help me out. I haven't heard all of them. Just one set for the living room, the other 2 sets. Are still in the box. I don't even want to put them up now because they have gaps between them. And that's not what I wanted and I thought it made that clear when I ordered them. I even talked to somebody online about it. So yeah, I'm disappointed. My wife's totally pissed off. Stop sorry to see you can help me with. I really want these blinds, but I also want privacy. That's why we bought them.

WE could not attach the blinds into the clips. We got the left side in but not the middle or right side, so we screwed the right side to the ceiling. I like the way they looked and the fit perfect. I may try them again,

I ordered about 10 blinds in 2-3 different orders from Blindster. They were bamboo shades, and several of them needed to be touched up with stain as they were either scratched or chipped. Because we had to do sidemounted and the slots for the hardware were not cut enough to the sides we had to drill extra holes in a majority of the shades. Our last shade that we purchased was for our slider. It seemed to fit perfectly, but when we extended the shade, several of the bamboo flats scratch the inside of the frame as they were cut unevenly. First, I thought it was our old window frame, but I remeasured numerous times. That same exact blind is now cheaper by about $20. They want me to pay another $21 to replace and ship slightly shorter. Lastly, we bought the motorized blind for our bedroom. This site did not imply that we needed to buy the remote and the hub in order to use the shade properly. The app Smart Life and the Shade seem to be working opposite so I contacted customer support for guidance. They now tell me that I cannot use the app as it will avoid the warranty. I exclaimed that was not inferred on their website that I could see. in the chat, I said “this is BS”. The rep then told me if I use profanity, They will disconnect the shade. Not really sure how they would be able to accomplish that as they do not own Smart Life. I am just glad that I am done replacing shades at this point.

The instruction for assembly and installation make the IKEA folks look like geniuses. Absolutely maddening.

Ordered just over a year ago and received promptly (although about 1/2 inch too narrow even after I told them EXACTLY what width I needed). Used same company so the additional shades I ordered would match the ones I had. Advertised as "made in one day" and given an estimated ship date of 2-3 days after order date. Despite repeated inquiries and requests that the order be expedited, Fed Ex tracking shows they will not be delivered until close to 2 weeks after the order date. NOT what I expected. Very poor customer service with either no response or unsatisfactory response. AND they ship from overseas - so not made in USA. Will not use again. Lastly, changed the email address on my acct and now cannot access the order! They can't seem to fix that, either.

Purchased 12 blinds from them. Had to reorder 1 due to my mistake. The replacement blind came not even completely assembled. Only one side would go up. Took 5 calls to get them to supposedly send me a new one. Another blind I opened 10-12 times max and the cord broke. Still no answer on that one. Customer service is patronizing and scripted. I spent $900 to replace the larger blind from a reputable company that I know will stand behind their product .

I can't believe I didn't read these reviews before I ordered! This took way too long to receive. I ordered from 2 different websites, and already got the similar shade last week. I ordered a simple white shade on 11/23/23 and it's 2 weeks later and I haven't heard anything at all from this company. There are just so many other companies that can create and ship a custom shade so much faster.
