While the solar shades ultimately could not be manufactured within the required tolerances for my window specifications, the customer service I received was outstanding. Fernando expertly coordinated a remake and made the process completely seamless. When the remake still wasn't the right fit, Lora promptly assisted with a full refund and handled everything with professionalism and care. Their dedication to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. Although this particular product didn't work for my situation, the support experience has given me confidence to order other window treatments from this company in the future. Highly recommend based on the exceptional customer service alone.
