Blinds were very easy to order to get an exact match for existing blinds throughout the house. Measurement guide and instructions were amazing. Price point was great. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Quality, price, and convenience is way better than any big box store. I've already referred several people.

The blinds I received, 7 for about $1K, are fine as far as not being defective. I chose simple vinyl blinds because that is all my budget would allow. I ordered samples so that I could be sure of the color. My blinds arrived in a timely fashion, but even tho I ordered the Doe color (a soft mid-brown), every single one of the shades look like they are gray. I'm very disappointed in the color, but did not want to go thru returning them. We had new windows installed & we needed shades ASAP.

Product is just what I wanted room darkening blinds. Heavy duty. Very pleased

Got the blinds and the mounting hardware was useless so I had the get small wall anchors and shorter screws because the hardware was inadequate. After finally getting them installed the blinds would only close only one way and not very well at that. Don't waste your time, total junk. In the trash they go. The rep replied I could buy more expensive blinds if I wanted. Yeah right. Terrible way to up sale by selling junk in the first place,
