Ordered a bunch on black friday for christmas gifts, as of Dec 20, none have arrived, no gifts, no response from customer service, nothing. This is a scam.

I have been buying sunglasses from them for about 2+ years now and never had an issue, but recently I placed an order for two sunglasses and after more than 2 weeks I received only 1 out of the 2 pairs i ordered. Tried to contact customer service for 2 weeks now and still no response. Avoid this company since they pretty much have no customer service in case you need them.

Honestly, I loved the designs of this company and I was all for it. I bought sunglasses years ago and after about 8 months they start to peel and are no longer nice. I figured since they had a great Black Friday deal, I’d try them again. I bought sunglasses and a pair of regular prescription glasses. It’s been a month now and the sunglasses are lost and were a gift to my husband for Christmas. I have emailed several times now and getting help is IMPOSSIBLE with them. I got one reply saying they forwarded my email to the correct department and I’ll hear back momentarily. It’s been over a week now and I have replied to that email several times asking for an update. NOTHING. So that’s cool- guess I won’t be getting my sunglasses. I will not be buying from them again.

Ordered 2 pair of SUNGLASSES from Blenders on Black Friday. One pair is fine. The other pair, a "Blue Light Mystery SUNGLASSES" was advertised with a picture showing opaque lenses with a "?" on them, but a very good price, and annotated with "All Sales Final." When it arrived, it was an expensive pair of safety glasses, since the lenses were CLEAR, with NO tint whatsoever. Since these clearly (pun intended) were NOT sunglasses, I submitted a question, I submitted a Chat, and I called to get either an exchange or refund. Crickets... So, Blenders clearly engages in false advertising and does NOT provide their self-proclaimed 'Customer Service.' Avoid this company!

They did not ship me what I ordered. The will not return emails. They will not respond to their website help center inquiries. Their phone system puts you on hold then, hangs up on you.

Never received my prepaid glasses going on 90 days received a email saying they would be shipped on 11/11/23 but received nothing customer service sucks itis impossible to resolve your problem now I got a notification saying that they are on it and that the glasses are made in pacific beach where the food is good but parking sucks they actually said this to me said they would contact me. It nothing yet this place will steal your money Do not order anything from them they will rip you off SCAM outfit BUYER BE WARE PUT You on hold on phone then hang up on you

Painful glare is all I experienced. Who would think putting the mirror effect on the INSIDE of the lenses facing your eyes is a good idea? Any glare that is filtered coming from the outside is quickly forgotten by the glare created from any light reflected off the mirror on the lens facing your eyeballs… ouch! Not to mention they are loose fitting, square on the face, don’t fit under a trucker cap and really don’t offer much other than look nice and dont get stuck in my hair, although they fall off my head anyway so don’t spend time on top of my head either. Very poorly designed. Can not recommend.

Customer service was ridiculous and disingenuous all over sunglasses made in China.
