The tea was not what I ordered
The tea was not what I ordered. It tasted as if it were mixed wrong. I have had the blend before and this was definitely different. love this company but this time, they disappointed me.

Hi Kim, I am so sorry you were disappointed with your custom blend. Your custom recipe had *Black Tea (India), *Lemon peel, *Cinnamon, *Cloves, *Ginger, *Vanilla extract. Had you ordered this blend in the past? Was it under another name? I show this as your first order. We put the standard amount of chai spices along with a touch of lemon peel and vanilla extract. What flavor isn't coming through as you had hoped? We can always adjust your recipe to your liking, just let us know in the notes of the custom order section. - Jamah
