I feel you! I didn't want to raise prices at all, but my cost on ingredients has gone up so much since they raised the import fees and taxes. Most of our ingredients are grown on small fair trade farms around the globe. Very few of the ingredients are grown here in the USA, as they aren't big cash crops. I had to adjust pricing as well as drastically cut our profit margin. - Jamah, owner

Hi Kim, I am so sorry you were disappointed with your custom blend. Your custom recipe had *Black Tea (India), *Lemon peel, *Cinnamon, *Cloves, *Ginger, *Vanilla extract. Had you ordered this blend in the past? Was it under another name? I show this as your first order. We put the standard amount of chai spices along with a touch of lemon peel and vanilla extract. What flavor isn't coming through as you had hoped? We can always adjust your recipe to your liking, just let us know in the notes of the custom order section. - Jamah

Hi Cathy, So happy you love your tea! I had replied back to your email on that same day (12/17) explaining how to reorder your custom blend, and the reason you had trouble. I just resent the email to you today (12/21), maybe they went to spam? Also, your order has been refunded 20%. Your custom tea shipped exactly as you had previously ordered on 12/19, should have been delivered today for you. :)
