Poor service
I was told by my salesperson that I could return some Lumber that was left over from a home we built. As a State Certified building contractor it is important to have all the material delivered at one time and then at the end of the job picked up. In spite of the condition. Framers use the lumber material dropped off stuff they can't use they going to pile we put it in a bundle and have it picked up at the end of the job. Usually less than 1/20th of the lumber needs to be picked up. I waited 5 months for the material to be picked up from under the carport where we left it never was picked up. I went and dropped it off and management said well how do we resell this if you go to Home Depot and try to buy this and it looks like it's been sitting around no one's going to buy it. I don't shop at Home Depot. Lumber packages I usually get 20 to $30,000 in Lumber dropped off we use 95 plus percent of it warped twisted if it's in a framer's hand it goes up what we bring back is immaterial to what we buy. If your managers feel they need to go through each board we bring back maybe they should be a manager at Home Depot and not a wholesaler for contractors. I don't check the bundles they drop off we use everything whether it's been used not used Twisted broken even a 16-ft board that's Twisted we cut it in half and use it s manager at your Brooksville store should betrayed not just set out there not knowing what's going on and who she's talking to. Get your act together Builders First Source train your managers.!
