Good quick shipping, solid easy to use product

Great to use.

My whole family are in love with BlazePod. It's so much fun.

Blaze pod products are great but shipping is always insanely long and painful. 2-3 day standard shipping turns into 1-3 weeks because of the cheap OSM worldwide shipping company they use. I thought when I ordered my set of pods it was just unlucky cause COVID/time but those took 3-4 weeks to me. I should have used Amazon store since I know I’d get my product faster. Great product and company but going skimpy on the shipping really kills it. I’ll plan on using Amazon store knowing the products are sent and would have been around the same price even with the discount from Memorial Day. Also only negative about the pods is the lack of free control on creating drills. Would love to be able to make patterns with a home button hit so I can set the pattern off not rely on perfect timing

So far the order process has been horrible because of the USPS and I need your help getting this order to me! It was in Los Angeles on the 7th, then they shipped it past my house in Temecula to San Diego the same day, then back past my house again to San Bernardino the same day. It has sat there for two days and now it is at another distribution center in san Bernardino. I’m about ready to just have you cancel the order because this is ridiculous. I know you can’t control what the usps does but you may want to look into another carrier

Awesome product, so far. The purchase experience was easy and the pods arrived within about 3 days. I used them for the first time the other night and the app and pods worked perfectly. I am still figuring our how best I want to apply them to my training, but I am happy so far with the purchase. (only gave 4 stars because I have had limited use and experience to give a full start rating)

Customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. Kudos to the BlazePods team!
