Standard exercises/drills aren't very imaginative. They then bill you for monthly membership fee with no way to stop. Major hassle.

I have used BlazePods for 2 years as an Educator. There is such a wide variety of activities which they can be used for. The students become so engaged in the activities, that they don’t realize how much harder they are pushing themselves with just the addition of the Pods. Just adding the Pods to a normal activity like throwing and catching, the students become so much more focused, just so that can hit the lights after completing the tasks. Highly recommended.

As a coach and athlete, Blazepod is a staple in my daily programming. It is the best FRX Flash Reflex Training system in the industry and beneficial to all users from athletes, general population, youth development, physical therapy, active aging, etc. It's the most user friendly, app based tech product that inexperienced users, parents, and seasoned professionals alike will love. Plug and play towards your goals right out the box!
