Caring, engaged customer service. Didn’t just go through the motions.

I had a small issue with my order and Blazepod was quick to give me all the info I needed and offer suggestions and options to solve my issue. Really appreciated the respect and kindness as I figured out a solution.

I needed help with changing my payment method. The response was quick, thorough, and professional. The process was much fast and easy. I feel confident that if I ever have any problems with anything in the future, I'll be taken care of.

The worst brand out there for reaction lights. Easily broken and damaged. I purchased more than 8 lights and all of them were damaged. The charging pins are awful. A one year warranty is not enough for the lack of quality! I even reached out beyond head office and to got in touch with the owner who ignored me completely! So many better alternatives out there! Don’t buy these!

Extremely unhappy since they changed the app. Also there is a massive construction problem with the mini charging pins. Once they are broken, which they do, 3 out of 6 already broke, you can throw them away. There's a Swedish guy on YouTube who built a alternative charging device for it as he had the same problem, that is the only way to save them from the bin. For such an expensive tool I am extremely disappointed. It is clearly a construction fault which should be fixed.
