I purchased my Blazepods 6 months ago. One pod has never worked, the light never turns off despite how hard you hit it. I have asked for assistance numerous times, none of this has fixed the issue! It still doesn't work and nothing is being done to replace the pod that is faulty.

The product itself works really well. Though I knew that certain features were "premium", it is still disappointing to spend a lot of money on hardware and have limited access due to software. I would rather pay even more up front and have full access to all the features available.

I didn’t do enough research to realize that I would be locked out of so many things without subscribing.

Use these in our gym with classes and with one on one athletic training. Overall pretty satisfied with the product. My only complaint, I don't feel a need for a monthly subscription, rather than buy outright and be done. Yearly if want to pay for upgrades or something give as an option.

I explained my issue and they got back to me very quickly and fixed my problem. Very polite and helpful!

The return policy should be expand to at less one month. I brought it as a Christmas present and the 14 days was over before the family got to use it. I want to return just the wall mounts but I was too late. Nancy Stretch’s family does love the games.
