BlazePodReviews of blazepod.com

We have been enjoying the Blazepods and the way they help our students engage and attend to the tasks at hand. They are rugged and durable with hand and foot tapping... even a couple of tosses. We were a little disappointed in the lack of access to the app without the subscription. at least a second option would be nice to have without the full Pro access. Other then that, we look forward to seeing where these will help take us in our fitness journey

Blaze pod customer service was very quick to respond to all of my emails and they were able to provide a good solution within a timely manner. Thank you for everything!

You guys have a decent product but a really bad policy to lure customers into buying this expensive product thinking they will be able to use it without the membership. Nowhere on your website do you state that without the membership, one can only use one of the functions plus no way to extend time, etc. The product is useless without it, especially for the clients I work with (people with Parkinson’s). It’s misleading and really disappointing. If I knew upfront, I’d be willing to consider paying membership but not like this. Great way to lose customers!

When I reached out for help ..they helped me right away and did not ignore me. And my problem was solved. So thank you to the team. It’s been great from the beginning.

Would like to be able to customize activities. Would like to be able to more easily sort pods. We have 8 and it takes a while to make sure each pod is in the right spot for certain activities.

Fast and easy communication, appreciated their responsiveness to my request.

Very helpful, quick and friendly Service! Super Team!

We purchased these for our son to add to his soccer and gym training. He has really enjoyed them and can take them to the field or gym. Good battery life, relatively easy to use. It’s important to know that if you plan on using these on the ground, you WILL need the PodBases. We tried them on various surfaces and they would constantly shift or flip over when tapped with both feet and hands. The PodBases prevent them from flipping and shifting. However, they only sell the PodBases in sets of 2 which is frustrating so you have to shell out more money to get enough for each pod you have. Then, don’t forget you’ll have to pay for a subscription as well. The basic “Free Membership” does not include many of the sessions or features you see advertised. If you want to create your own session, you’ll need the paid subscription. This is a cool product, but I have to say that once we purchased the Pods, we felt nickeled and dimed to be able to use them the way we needed to. I suggest waiting for a sale and creating your own bundle. While the savings aren’t as great as their promoted bundles, you won’t end up with accessories you won’t use and you may save yourself a couple of dollars. I wish the website would have done a better job at explaining the need for the PodBases and the paid subscription and also making the create your own bundle option more visible. You have to really look to find the basic set of pods and the create your own bundle option. This would help potential consumers see the true cost of what they will need to make this product work for them.
