Honestly just very disappointed in the product. Was expecting at least a functioning device but had a lot of connection issues both indoors and outside. Device was also in close proximity. Aside from the consistently poor connection, there’s also two noticeable issues I experienced. 1) even when the pod is tapped clearly with a hand the hit doesn’t register and requires and second tap 2) sometimes when I start a round, only one colour appears (one vs one games) Although the supports responds quickly, none of the solutions solved the issues. The quality just absolutely does not match the price. You're better of buying a different brand or a cheap knock off. It will probably have better functionality. Have already been in touch with support multiple times from September. As stated above, while I appreciate the speed in response from support none of the solutions solved the issues.

I really love using the Blazepods at home for myself, with my Kids, and also with my parents. I also use them regulary at my PE lessons in a primary school and with a table tennis group in the afternoon once a week. The kids really love to play/train with them,too. Of course, they are pricey, but I think the quality and the really good and easy to use app make it worth long-term.

The product is very good and exactly what my partner and I needed to improve our tennis. I misunderstood and ordered items wrongly and some parts were missing but they responded me on the same day and top of that a few exchanges a day so I managed to get the missing parts super smoothly. They are so helpful and the best service I’ve ever received.
