Received my Blaze Pod purchase really quick; no complaint here. However, I received no welcome letter with instructions of its use, how to charge it (I started charging each pod individually until this morning i figured out how it goes). I got no information about guarantee; not even a telephone number for customer service! Nothing!!! Not only I need information, I need help with its use and programs.

Good product. Very useful for my 7 year old son who loves soccer. We had delays in shipping at the Port in Sydney which wasn’t any fault of Blazepod but they helped me get all the information I was after during this delay.
