Coaching young players is always a challenge. You need engagement with purpose. BlazePod allow my players to get in conditioning drills without even knowing they are exercising and building speed. They compete against each other and enjoy the games oblivious to the drilling. Not only does BlazePod allow me to train their bodies, building speed and agility, they allow me to train their minds, building mental agility, reaction times, and quick thinking. I think both the players and myself really enjoy being able to integrate BlazePod in our sessions. Highly recommend.
