I would not even give 1star but had to in order to add this 2nd review with information for others: We have contacted Blast Auxiliary yet again. After they responded to my initial request for a refund, offering discount of item that it not fit for purpose. Please see the following and I will also be following this up with responses from parties contacted. FYI - escalation of our complaint! As we have not heard back from you, we have received no reply whatsoever to our last email (11/03/24 - see thread!) We have now escalated this complaint to Citizens Advice, The Competition and Markets Authority and the Financial Ombudsman, hopefully they will assist us in our complaint and help us to resolve this issue with yourselves, promptly refunding us for the goods of which you supplied to us, that DO NOT work as described on your website. Unfortunately you did not deal with this matter appropriately even though we contacted you within the 30 day money back guarantee time frame, as stated by your company. We will also publish this as a review on Trust Pilot, for all other consumers to make them aware of these terrible issues that we and many others have fallen victim of! It is criminal that this company continues to try and scam people into purchasing their goods and then failing to meet their terms and conditions when a refund is requested! Further updates will be added accordingly, hopefully we can save others from falling prey to this company and their scam.

Absolutely useless heater. Wish I had read the honest reviews here before purchasing. I bought it for my small 5 sqm office and even leaving it on constantly does not heat the room. The only reason I have not returned it is because of the equally bad reviews about Blaux`s return policy and procedure.

This product does not perform as described in he advertising video. The heat produced can only be felt if you are very very close the unit. It will NEVER heat up even a vey small space and for the price it is a disgrace. I initially requested a refund for this product a month ago. However, the hoops that Blaux put in the way has made returning it almost impossible to carry out. On a number of occasions I have been asked for my order number and I have given them ALL the numbers allocated to this purchase. On the email receipt from Global performance it shows a number which I have given them. On the shipping details which arrived with the heater, the Store order number – ditto. And I also gave them the Shipment ID number. Looking through some of the review responses, I am guessing that the “customer services” response will no doubt post a generic apology and ask for them again…. Worse customer service ever.

How pathetic this company is. I bought two portable bidets. It took forever for them to arrive (2 months). One of them broke so I'm trying to contact the company to see if it can be repaired. I filled out the contact form on their website but it wont go through because it says my phone number is invalid. I tried my wife's number and it says hers is invalid. So now I'm stuck with a broken device. How sad they are.

The heater does not do what is says it will not heat up a room at all. How can I talk to someone to return my order. ?? What is the email address to request this. If I can’t get a phone number ??

SCAM Please do not order!!! Trying to return my order number 2320276803 rec'd 15.1.2023. Completed forms several times online, still no replies. Has anyone received refunds and how long did it take? Very disappointed with the service and the product. The heaters do not perform as advertised.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased. Doesn't heat a very small room, even with the doors closed. I'd expected so much more when it was so expensive. Now I have to pay for tracked return to The Netherlands to get a refund. I knew I'd have to pay for return postage but there was no indication it'd be outside the UK. Disappointed.

Same experience. I ordered my small heater about 6 weeks ago. Yep. terrible quality. It will NEVER heat up a small room. I immediately contacted the company to return the order. Very weird protocol. I received several emails in short succession telling me that I was top priority (very scam like). Then nothing. I have written again. Nothing. Do. not buy this. It is a scam.
