Hi Brenda, Thanks for your review. We're really happy to hear that you love your new products and that you had a great shopping experience with us. I've checked out why you needed to go to the post office for your parcel and this was due to that the postal services had already tried to deliver your parcel to you the previous day, however no one was at your address at this time. Unfortunately, we have no control over the postal services of any country, so it's not possible for us to request that a parcel be redelivered. Any further attempts at delivery are at the discretion of the postal services in your country. Have a lovely day and thank for shopping with us at Blank Canvas Cosmetics. Deirdre, Customer Care, Blank Canvas Cosmetics.

Thrilled with my brushes. I ordered on a Wednesday evening and received it Friday morning. I purchased the Christmas gift hamper that was half price and a further 15% off. A bargain in my opinion. I love the foundation brush it's brilliant. It's better than the brushes I have bought in the past for €50 each.

I saw on YouTube "the makeup chair" showing how to apply eye shadow and she was using the Pippa palette. I had to have it. I thought it was simple yet gorgeous and looked classy. I only had to spend $40 on BCC's website to get free shipping from Finland! (I live in the U.S. in PA.) It came in less than a week! I also ordered the F22 foundation brush and the E23 eye pencil brush, both AMAZING. I definitely will be ordering more products from BCC! Thanks!
