When I decided to start an online skin care store, I got samples from four different companies. What set Blanka apart are quite a few things. First, their products speak for themselves. They are results oriented with high quality ingredients. I tested each company’s products for two weeks and Blanka was hands down the winner. Why? The products feel amazing as you apply them and smell so good, my skin looked hydrated and smooth (better than the current products I was using), and I knew I could put my name on these products with pride. I have been an Esthetician for 25 years and finding a quality product was very important to me. Blanka also has an extensive catalog and I know I can expand my business with them as it grows. Second, their customer service team is exceptional. The BEST group I have ever worked with my WHOLE career. I literally feel like I am their only customer because they answer my emails so quickly and they are just so friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell they really enjoyed what they do because they know how to make you feel special and important. Having a quick, responsive customer service team is key in eCommerce. Third, my logo looks amazing and professional on the products. Very high quality feel and look. Fourth,they offer customizable products. This is huge and very important to me to be able to formulate a product for a specific skin care concern. Fifth, I chose a membership tier with them where I have an insert card put in all shipments and my products ship quicker. Love this! Also, they package the products very well and they look professional when delivered. Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly and professionally and I have no doubt they will be there for me when I need their help. I encourage you to try some samples.
