these used to be my favorite work pants, but the latest pair has not met my expectations. The zipper fly blew apart after less than a year, and Blaklader refused to warranty it, as their warranty "only covers seams."

I ordered and received a pair of BlakLader #1690 Work pants. I liked them so much I ordered another pair of the same style same size, only in a different color. They didn’t fit. Pants were mismarked or mis-sized. Had to take them to a tailor for alteration. Would have liked to give a higher rating.

Hi Steve, We offer a one-time free exchange (see our website on https://www.blaklader.com/en/brand/this-is-blaklader/policies/returns). Returns are only possible one time per order for unworn items with the tags still on them, without any alteration (logos) and within 30 days after you’ve received your order. We provide a shipping label (UPS) and a RMA form to put inside your package.
