MY PHONE WORKED BUT DID NOT RING
MY PHONE WORKED BUT DID NOT RING. MY PHONE TEXT BUT MY INCOMING TEXT WOULD GO TO MY OLD PHONE.I HAD COMPATABILITY ISSUES WITH MY SPRINT SERVICE. I REACHED OUT SEVERAL TIMES TO SPRINT. NO PREVAIL.. SO I THEN CONTACT BLACKVIEW AND SEVERAL REPRESENTATIVES REPLIED TO MY ISSUE AND EACH HAD POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS TO HELP WITH MY PROBLEM.. AND BECAUSE OF THAT MY PHONE IS WORKING PROPERLY HAD TO SWITCH PHONE PROVIDERS.
