Expensive shipping but never got order
Shipping is very expensive and isn’t justified at all. The last order I placed was on 9/14 and I still haven’t received it.

I have yet to receive my purchase……
I have yet to receive my purchase… three weeks…. I will have to switch to another company just to get my pre-workout in an acceptable timely manner. This is atrocious.

You paid for UPS 3 day select and we actually sent it via UPS 2nd Day Air. It was shipped out on the following business day. If you received the incorrect items in your order, please contact [email protected] and they will do everything they can to make it right.

Missing Product
My black Friday order was missing the "mystery product". I attempted contacting Blackstone Labs and emailing two different reps with no response. Just disappointed about the customer service since it is has always been spot on in the past.
