I've yet to receive my package a it's been in transit for 6 days now!

I did not receive my order. Probably will not be ordering this product anymore.

The service was absolutely horrible this time , always had good service until this time. My package apparently got lost and arrived late and the customer service department was all over the place giving me mixed answers , it was a truly horrible experience. I alway have great service with your company except this time , it was absolutely atrocious.

I placed the order and paid. I waited a few days but usually I get tracking immediately so I emailed the customer service. They we able to mail it and provide tracking. I got the package 2 and a half weeks later. It was missing the “free” PCT V that came with the stack I bought. I emailed customer service again and they said they’d ship it. I waited a few days and emailed again for tracking information but this time was ghosted. Never received the product. Won’t be ordering from this company again. Bad all around.

The new dust reloaded is not good

They claim they never rcvd my results. They also claim I've used the service twice and can't retake the test. Never even heard of Blackstone before. The application was glitchy and disconnected multiple times even after following instructions to the T.

Have not received my supplements after awaiting four weeks was supposed to receive on October 5 Emily Clasen is your representative and she refuses to send me any further messages concerning any shipments the last iMessage that I received from her status. She was sending me a new shipment with no tracking number. You guys can figure it out.

Costumer service reps needs to me more responsible for their actions and do their job properly while helping with orders. It has been a hideous experience when due to the irresponsible approach of the rep, same order was placed twice and I'm being charged twice as I was told that the first order didn't process but it did.
