Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I ordered an FDE part and the wrong colored item showed up. Immediately tried to reach out to them to find a recourse. That was on Dec 14th. Here we are 2 weeks later and 3 emails and a voicemail have gone unanswered. Their return policy would means I lose 10% restocking fee and I have to pay to ship the item back to them for their screw up. Today after threatening to dispute the cards with my credit card company they finally responded and said they don't see any emails from me and to provide proof I reached out to them. What a terrible customer service experience. I'm left with no option but to dispute the charge.

Again my apologies, but we asked you to provide pictures of the wrong parts. At this time you have yet to provide any pictures showing an error on our end. Unfortunately we can not pay for a customers buyers remorse due to a color variation between brands. We have offered to take a return but you are only giving us the option to pay for your mistake or take a charge back.

Only ordered 3 items @ a dollar a peice treated the same as 300 hundred customers received in less than a week all way across the country plus company decals a plus the numbered diagram was really easy to get what you need
