All the parts I ordered were great…except
All the parts I ordered were great except for one of the weld springs that came with the delta ring kit. A spot weld failed and the spring is now two pieces. This doesn't affect performance, but can cause problems when installing the components. This is such a cheap part, I have elected not to return and exchange it.

An inferior BCG should not have been sent
An inferior BCG should not have been sent out in the upper in the first place and then, while you did make it right, it took a long time to get it all straightened out with all the back and forth shipping.

I ordered three cases of bullets
I ordered three cases of bullets. It only let me buy one case at the end. So then I was charged shipping. I saved no money when I could have bought it a a local shop. It would have been worth it to purchase if is was three cases or more.

I appreciate the rating, but we do not sell ammo, so I am unsure how this was possible. I believe you have us mixed up with another shop you ordered from.

It hard to follow up on your order I didn’t know I wouldn’t get any update until my order shipper but other then that site was nice and easy to manage

I'm sorry; we usually send out emails once the item is shipped and again once received. Was the email pushing them into the spam folder?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above $150.00; if we offered it on every order, shipping would cost more than some items, and we couldn't provide them at the same low prices.
