Black note totally stole my $99.00. USPS NEVER even attempted delivery, automatically returned to Black note. Sent USPS proof of return to them twice through their customer service email, contacted several times with no response. Requested a credit or refund, no response. Been over 2 months now. Total RIPOFF

Almost impossible to get in the UK now. Vapour.co had stock issues for a long time And now it’s unavailable. Red juice sporadically sell 60ml zero Nic (garbage) and the company doesn’t ship direct to the UK or answer emails questioning any of this. Time to give up altogether.

Website says free shipping over 60 spent a bunch of time on the website picking some stuff out doing Research. My car was at $66 and when I went to check out, it says free shipping on orders over $100… I do have the screenshots

Hi Michael, you're right, and that one's on us. Our site banner advertises free shipping over $60 without noting that the threshold is higher on some orders, so what you saw at checkout didn't match what brought you there. Finding that out with a full cart is a bad experience, and we're correcting the banner wording so it states the real rule up front. Purchased atomizer from them, it didn’t work. When I requested a new one they told me I had to pay to send it back to them for inspection, then just ignored me. Then I thanked them for not responding and selling me a broken product and they replied “you’re welcome, happy vaping”! Avoid doing business with them if possible such a joke

They sold defective equipment and when I asked for a refund they called it a “one time courtesy”. Getting money back for defective merchandise should be common practice and never a courtesy. There are better places to shop for Vape merch.

I was sent a defective product and tried to communicate with their customer service team. I then found out they do not have one.... Someone replied to my first message after a few days with the standard response that I'm probably doing something wrong. I replied with another message detailing everything I tried and offering to send a video showing what was happening. I got a Whats app number to send a video to and could not get a response for another week. Finally had a message that they would give me a store credit for the device. I protested that the shipping cost was pretty close to the cost of a new one and no reply, just a store credit showed up. Thanks for shipping be a defective product and making me take 3 weeks to get a response only to have to pretty much eat the cost anyways. They really don't care.

Hi Sean, three weeks and a switch to WhatsApp to resolve a defective device is indefensible, and opening by suggesting you were probably using it wrong was the wrong instinct. Paying close to the price of the device in return shipping to get a working one isn't a fair outcome either.
