Black note totally stole my $99.00. USPS NEVER even attempted delivery, automatically returned to Black note. Sent USPS proof of return to them twice through their customer service email, contacted several times with no response. Requested a credit or refund, no response. Been over 2 months now. Total RIPOFF

Almost impossible to get in the UK now. Vapour.co had stock issues for a long time And now it’s unavailable. Red juice sporadically sell 60ml zero Nic (garbage) and the company doesn’t ship direct to the UK or answer emails questioning any of this. Time to give up altogether.

Fast shipping. Had the vape I wanted and it was a great price. Thanks so much!

Fantastic company and Priority Shipping was free because of my purchase amount. A++ will buy from again!

Website says free shipping over 60 spent a bunch of time on the website picking some stuff out doing Research. My car was at $66 and when I went to check out, it says free shipping on orders over $100… I do have the screenshots

Hi Michael, you're right, and that one's on us. Our site banner advertises free shipping over $60 without noting that the threshold is higher on some orders, so what you saw at checkout didn't match what brought you there. Finding that out with a full cart is a bad experience, and we're correcting the banner wording so it states the real rule up front. If you still want that order, email [email protected] and mention this review. We'll take care of it. Aileen, Black Note Team

The product is good, the staff is nice and fixed my problem without hesitation. I Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Shipper lost my order so i emailed Blacknote told them what had happened and they shipped out a whole new order without any problems or making me jump through hoops or nothin. Really great service and i will order from them again.

Purchased atomizer from them, it didn’t work. When I requested a new one they told me I had to pay to send it back to them for inspection, then just ignored me. Then I thanked them for not responding and selling me a broken product and they replied “you’re welcome, happy vaping”! Avoid doing business with them if possible such a joke

Hi Brandon, we handled this badly and won't pretend otherwise. A part that fails out of the box shouldn't cost you return shipping for an inspection, going quiet on you after that made it worse, and answering your frustration with "you're welcome, happy vaping" was careless. Please email [email protected] and mention this review, and we'll make it right. Aileen, Black Note Team

I wish more companies were like these guys I placed a order Tuesday night and had it by Thursday morning. Very pleased with the Black Note Pod System it hit just right and didn't have to press a button to get a hit. The tip doesn't get warm and it holds more than a days worth of juice.
