As producers of inexpensive cinema cameras, Black Magic design is the best value for the money. Their Pocket Cinema Camera 4k is amazing. And in many ways rivals more expensive cameras. However, I will caution you that cameras like this have limitations. Some of which can be compensated for by spending more money. (the battery life of the PCC4k is extremely short and it needs a v mount to function as a main camera) but the quality is still as good as you'd see from canon for twice the price.
