Slots are very tight
Slots are very tight. Tried to get an $150 withdraw and it took over 2 weeks of paperwork they needed. Do not play this casino.

Don't play here don't deposit here
This is the worst experience I have had. I have been playing on black lotus since 2022 of and on making deposits. So it's been a while since I haven't played there about 7 months so I go online to black lotus and I see I have player rewards from depositing and playing I earned these rewards. So I play them I win 750.00 so I see there's a play through no big deal so I go and keep playing I get the play through I end up winning 1300.00 so I go to withdraw cool withdrawable 1230.00 they took 70 out for the bonus I still don't know why. It was free spins they rewarded me so no big deal right I go and withdraw 1230.00 it goes through oh I withdrew from Bitcoin I still haven't received it so I called today January 5th now they tell me I don't get it only 150.00 of it because it is bonus money but it's really it's earned rewards why would they tell me withdrawable and take the bonus money and then not give me my withdrawable money 1270.00 2 weeks ago they told me my withdraw was approved and last week the same thing but today they are telling me this. I will never deposit in this casino again. My brother he deposited money into the casino he withdrew the same day I did and he is getting the run around as of today he hasn't received anything. I'm letting you all know do not deposit in this casino high chances are your won't get you money customer service is garbage here they forget who they are talking to in between their conversations with other people trying to get their money most likely. I do understand that a lot of bonuses have a withdrawable of 100 to 150 those are the no deposit bonuses when you first start playing but the one I received was from my earned rewards from playing and depositing just wants to make sure I was clear about that

CROOKS! How can these people just sit there and be happy about ruining people's Christmas? Their system let's you cash out what you win AFTER MEETING THEIR PLAYBACK REQUIREMENTS but then they tell you that you still cannot have anything over $1.000? That's a crock.

Black Lotus Casino are thieves!!!!
Apparently I'm just on a bad losing streak... A 2 month long losing streak. The only time I won was the first time I logged in. Tried to withdraw 2,000 but kept getting denied. Was told bank didn't accept wire transfer. Kept putting it back on there, so I played it, lost it. Never won again Down 2,000 total

one star is way to much for these low life thieves i deposited 20 dollars and had a playthrough of 4000 dollars on 60 dollars they gave me 45 free spins was involved in the promotion when i played them the 5 dollars i won added 700 more dollars to my play through and capped my winnings at 25 dollars so when im done with the second play through for one promotion the money i won off my 20 bucks will be taken and i will get 25 for my 20 which i wont beable to cash out and there for I was scammed lied to and stolen from

500% bonus, but playthrough requirement is 60x. Even the "Free" spins they give you have a 60x playthrough requirement on those too. Don't fall for their "generous" 500% match bonus. Thank god I did not put a lot of money in it.
