BlackcraftcultReviews of blackcraftcult.com

I ordered a hoodie from the early this week. I failed to read up on them as they seem popular on Facebook. I wanted a small but it came today in the mail & was a XXL. I guess I'm stuck with it...at less it came. Oh well

So over priced and the owners are douchie..... its laughable

I have purchased from this company about 4-5 times and have never had a problem. So I’m actually sad that they have so many bad reviews on here, but then again I never had to deal with their customer service because I’ve always been happy with all my purchases and they all arrived in the mail just fine. *Knocks on wood* I bought two hoodies which both I love. They’re well made and the sleeves are longer than normal hoodies which I like because I am tall with broad shoulders I also bought a cardigan which became my favorite artical of clothing I own. I also have bought some t shirts and love them all. I’m kinda shocked their reviews on here are so bad. Because my last experiences with them have been nothing but great with getting my orders and my clothes have always met my expectations.

I ordered 2 weeks ago and they never shipped out. Contacted 3 different ways 5 times and no response. They basically stole $130 from me. Do not buy from them. They're thieves.

I usually go Instore to shop . Avidly mind you but this time I figured I’d just order online ... As a PAST fan and customer of BCC all I can say is w-t-f. 1week later still not processed and no communication from anyone after sending 2 emails just requesting confirmation on my order . It’s jan not the holidays first of all. Second all I wanted was communication after spending $239 . I don’t expect to even get my order and I won’t even go in store anymore .

Purchased item and was sent an email after purchase to wait up to 7 business days for processing. That was first bad taste that BCC left in my mouth. You’d think right off the bat if the shipping was this bad they would have a disclaimer on their Instagram or other social media platform.. or even on their website warning that they were behind and the shipping could take up to X amount of days before processing. That to me is incredibly sneaky. After this, I waited the seven business days, to which I finally contacted them after seeing my item still hadn’t shipped. It took them FIVE days to respond to an email asking about the item and why in the world they didn’t bother to tell the customers beforehand that they were severally behind. Again, five days until I got an email that asked if I wished to cancel or continue even though in my email I specifically asked when the item would mail. When she finally got back to me (another two days later) the rep told me another two days before the item would ship. I said absolutely not and requested a refund. Thankfully that went through but I can’t believe that this company with its following and the prices of their items that they didn’t prepare by hiring a customer service team for this time of year. Instagram is littered with comments under photos saying they are missing items, received a hand written note in the box that the item was out of stock and they still haven’t gotten a refund! Items being shipped to the wrong place or in fact going on three weeks and their purchases still haven’t been mailed. These buyers have tried contacting the company and received nothing back either. Blackcraft cult has cool stuff but frankly the lack of service is atrocious. This is the same thing Iron Fist did to its customers when it filed bankruptcy. Bobby (owner) get your stuff together. You’re making insane money and have undoubtedly begun to run your company into the ground with horrendous customer service. You clearly have enough time to post daily on Instagram yet refuse to send out a notice on shipping delays or answer your customers. Will never buy from them again.

The only reason I am giving this company 1 star instead of none is because 1 star is the lowest it will allow me to review it. ***********BUYER BEWARE***************** This company has literally been the absolute worst online retain company I have EVER! had to deal with. First after you purchase an item it states that it can take 5 - 7 business days before your order is processed. So right off the bat dont purchase anything unless you are willing to wait approximately 2 months ahead of schedule before needing or receiving your purchase. Secondly I have purchased several items now back in November and it's been over 2 WEEKS! and I am just now recieving shipping/tracking information on my first order, which has still to yet have left their location in Anaheim, CA. The 2nd order which was placed prior to the order I had received tracking on, their system did not save my street address in the actual order for my shipping or my billing address. I have tried reaching out to both emails provided by the company since there is no other way of contacting and have yet to get a single response. Not a single person from this company has reached back out to me to help provide reassurance of the delivery of my order. Save yourself the time and energy wasted on this company and the absolute worst / non-existent customer service this company provides. It's a real shame because I wanted to be a frequent customer of theirs and they have a lot of really cool stuff that you can purchase, but there is not a chance in hell will I EVER purchase from this company again.

Sizing is terrible brought a medium in a distressed t , fits like a large in width. Looks out of shape, one of those cheap n nasty materials that will wash up bad.Just like buying a bad knock off on eBay. Great designs but they really need to step up in quality. Pointless having a sizing chart when product doesn't match to actual size.
