Thank you for the feedback, Lewis. We do our absolute best to explain the payback process up front with our customers. It's always explained clearly in the contract agreement as well, and then again explained clearly on the final funding call with the lender on the day of funding. We truly apologize that it was a higher cost than you anticipated, but we do offer our merchants the highest quality product that they are qualified for. As you stated, this was a 2nd position behind a loan/advance you already received before ours, The risk is much higher for the lender with the added on debt, therefore, is the reason the cost of funding was higher in this case. We do offer much better programs, just below bank product, but as you can understand as well, there are minimum requirements needed to meet for the better programs with low APR's and monthly payments. We certainly would hope to help get you into better programs moving forward as your situation changes and the amount of open debt is reduced. Regarding the 1st payment being pulled the day you were funded, this is a very rare case, this only happens when smaller banks can take a few days to process the ACH deposit into your account. Each bank has different processes and processing times for ach; most are processed in 24 hours. The lenders have no control over the ach once the money is initiated into your account from their side. 99% of the time, the payment is not taken out until the day or 2 after funding. We do apologize for your inconvenience and truly care about each & every one of our customers satisfaction. With this being said the $105,000 funding in a couple of days was a very aggressive funding behind the 1st position existing debt.
