Easy and fast

The experience was good. The approval took a little longer than a previous lender’s.

Both reps where very helpful and worked with in our needs and listen to what we where looking for.

The Loan officer was very consistent. Went above and beyond to work with me.

You should not FORCE the weekly withdraw to be on Fridays --

Ben reached out to me and went above and beyond to get us funded for our business. It was a very small amount but the most important part is that he made it happen, came through in every way. He answered my calls, he followed up with me multiple times a day to make sure I received all my documents, etc. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because the amount that was approved was not the amount that was wired transfered into my account. It was short about $400 less than what we spoke about, but if it was accurate amount I would have definitely given a 5 star for service, time management and customer service was great.
