Hi Olga, all of your policy documents can be found on your online pet parent portal that you set up during sign up! As for your ID, Bivvy doesn't send ID cards to customers as you can go to any vet and we reimburse you from there. Send us an email at [email protected] if we can support you further!

Hi Carmen, that's a great question! We take monthly payments at this time. However, you're able to set up auto pay through your debit card, credit card or ACH transfer. We'll keep scheduled/advanced payments in mind for future enhancements!
