Signing up for multiple pets was not…
Signing up for multiple pets was not easy to understand. I ended up having to do it 3 times before I got all of my cats in. It was also not immediately clear what exactly you would cover and not cover. The only reason I signed up for this was because of your low monthly price and because of the few positive reviews I saw. I look forward to finding out if you are worth the trust that I have given you. If you are, I will give you the most outstanding review you've ever seen.
