Easy website to use
Easy website to use. Usual insur. Policy. Much cheaper than Trupanion etc. Just wish we could get a little help w the preexisting conditions,wether it be a higher deductible or smaller reimbursement. I dont know, I might just be talking out the side of my face about wanting a little help with my older pooh.

Very easy and convenient to sign upreally
Very easy and convenient to sign up. I feel better now that I have this insurance and just hope that I never have to find out if it’s as easy and convenient to make a claim.

Was very easy to sign up
Was very easy to sign up. Took me only a couple minutes and I was a member and very good price for some basic insurance on your pet.

No complaints right now.
Still a little unsure of this company since it is so new and there are no BBB records, but it seems good, legit, and clear cut. Wish there were more guidance in what to do once the application is submitted. I know there is a waiting period, but does coverage begin immediately or does the application need to be processed?
