Hi James, welcome to Bivvy! We don't use insurance cards since you can go to any licensed vet with Bivvy and we'll reimburse you directly! You can log in to your Bivvy account at any time to review your policy documents, which are saved digitally.

While the website was easy to use, I continually receive emails saying I need to add wellness check ups to Buddy’s policy when I added it at the time I initially signed up for the policy. Please link your email site to your policy site to cut down on the amount of unnecessary emails. Thank you Kara S.
