It was very easy to enroll. The claim service is the heart of any insurance company. I hope I don't need to file one. That will be the proof in the pudding.

I already have one dog protected and I wanted to add another it made me create a whole new account instead of adding a new pet.

Hi Lisa, you should be able to click Add Another Pet when you're in your pet parent account and merge both policies to the same account. To do this you'll need to use the same email and password as your original policy's account. We'll have a Bivvy team member reach out to ensure Sebastian and Louie Tink's policies are accessible through one pet parent account.
