It was very easy to sign up for the insurance. However, now that I am signed up what happens next? How do I use insurance? Do I pay out then send in a receipt? How do I pay you monthly?

Hi Emmaly, welcome to Bivvy! We're glad you found the sign-up process easy. Should Honey take a trip to the vet, you can log in to your pet parent account to submit a claim. Note, right now you're still in your waiting periods for accidents, illnesses and orthopedic conditions. We'll reimburse you from there for covered care. When signing up you provided your Visa card for payment. You can see your payment information and preferences in your pet parent account. Your first payment is due 30 days after signing up!
