Experience was ok
Experience was ok. Not as easy as I expected. Never received any type of account number or exact effective date as to when i can actually use this insurance or even how to file a claim. I expected all of this info to be given to me ad soon as i signed up for this insurance for my pet.

I guess I’m confused
I guess I’m confused. Thought I already signed up but getting messages to sign up anyway. Don’t have a policy yet to review. Would like to add wellness plan-how do I do this. Hope someone will contact me, real soon, before my dog’s appt on 10/07/22.

What you see is what you get. There were no hidden fees everything was straight forward. Makes pet insurance more affordable. Hopefully it's this easy when I start using it.
