I tried signing up several times from the app but was unable to. However, once I accessed your website on a desktop computer, it was a simple process. ETA: As the company pointed out, it was NOT an app. However, the mobile-friendly website would not let me complete the sign-up process. I had to try from a desktop computer before I was able to complete the process. Because of that, my review rating stands.
