This was not very easy using your service. It really didn't go into detail about what I can expect from your service and I'm starting to have second thoughts. I haven't even received a policy number. All I have is a booklet and a survey from you asking how it was? I feel like I should have given 1 star but I did like your prices but I would have been willing to spend more if it gave me a little more peice of mind???

As for your policy information, they can be found in your pet parent account, which you created when you signed up. You can view and print your policy documents at any time. I signed up and it was very easy
I signed up and it was very easy. I filed my first claim for a wellness visit for my pet and it was acknowledged within 24 hours and processed. So far my experience has been 5 stars with them.
