I just signed up was congratulated try…
I just signed up was congratulated try to sign in again to get the other insurance for regular visits I was denied access said wrong password

Hi Michael, Bivvy Wellness Care has to be added during the original sign up, it can't be added separately later. You can cancel your policy and re-sign up to add Wellness Care on Page 2. Regarding your password, it should be what you used on Page 3 of the sign up process. If you're having trouble logging in you can reset it by clicking Forgot Password.

We don't use insurance cards! Instead, you can go to any licensed vet and just send us a copy of your vet bill afterwards.

I was not able to obtain the same…
I was not able to obtain the same healthcare program for both dogs. Only one.

Hi Johnny, both dogs are eligible for Wellness Care! You can cancel Daisy's coverage and sign her back up to include Wellness Care if you'd like.
