Super easy and convenient sign up process!

Less than impressed and very disappointed. My dog swallowed some pieces of one of those "tuff" chew toys and required surgery. I signed up with bivvy 3 weeks ago and they decided that him swallowing a toy was an "illness" therefore will not cover it because I am a week shy of the 30 days waiting period. Under their own definitions page "ingestion of a foreign body" is considered an accident NOT an illness but I am continually ignored when I state such. I will be canceling. The reason I signed up with them is because of their 5 star rating but if you look at ppl's reviews they just say it's easy to sign up. I've only seen one review of someone who tried to make a claim and she had the same problem I did. My mom has 3 dogs and was going to sign up but she won't be now. They're are plenty of other pet insurances out there. If it had already been 30 days I'm sure they would've come up with some other reason to not cover the expense. Would not recommend.

It was very easy to get this insurance, however do i recieve a card or notice that i actually have the insurance. I was told it will start at the end of september

So reasonably priced for what we need for our Buddy. We only wanted insurance for the most expensive items that might occur.

The process was easy and cheap
